The Breathing Room
Why Rent This Space?
The Breathing Room is a 462-square-foot studio space with a beautiful boho feel. Featuring abundant natural light, lush plants, and a serene, sacred atmosphere, it’s a space your guests will love.
Our charming studio is the ideal setting for your next class, workshop, or event! Located right in the heart of Sterling, VA, in the Cascades Office Center, we host a wide spectrum of community events and classes including yoga, breath and meditation classes, group acupuncture sessions, wellness events, talks, and more.
The space can fit up to 15 people with yoga mats and 30-40 people for workshops or social events. There is one small interior bathroom for all your guests, which limits the group size.
Pricing
We offer 60, 75, 90, or 120-minute class rentals, or a 2-hour minimum for workshops and/or events. We also offer package rentals for instructors at a discounted hourly rate.
Workshop/Event Availability
We offer workshop rental availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoons/evenings. Please note that requests should be submitted at least one month in advance.

Marketing Support for Classes, Workshops & Events
Alexandra Healing Spa is happy to support your class, workshop or event registration. Here’s How:
SOCIAL MEDIA- Tag @alexandrahealing in your Insta stories or add us as a collaborator for a post. We will share and help spread the word.
EVENTS PAGE- Email us a summary of your event, booking link, and graphic. We will add it to our events page!
ON-SITE Signage - Design and print a compelling color flyer and post it to our bulletin board inside our space.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Workshop/Event clients receive 30-minute complimentary book ends on the front and back of your rental time to support you with set up and clean up at no additional cost. For example, if you rent the space 2-4p, you may enter the space at 1:30p and lock it up by 4:30p. If you need additional set up or breakdown time, please add time to your rental booking request.
All rental guests are required to sign our release of liability contract. If you are a practitioner or teacher leading a professional workshop, a Certificate of Additional Insured (COI) is required.
If you have to cancel your event, we will do our best to help you reschedule to a new date if at least 1 week’s notice is given, and your event is rescheduled within 2 months of your original booking. There are no refunds.
Alexandra Healing Spa does not provide tables and chairs for events. AYZ rentals are within a few miles of Alexandra Healing Spa.
